In the month of December the Learning To Love Foundation participated in orphan hosting program run by the Fathers House in Kiev Ukraine.
It's an amazing joy to sow into the life of a child. Through the efforts of LTLF's Secretary David Pierce and his wife Olena, 8 children were hosted by American families. David is an Official Ambassador to the Father's House in Kiev. When the children come they get to experience being a part of a family unit. The goal of the program is to build long-lasting friendships and promote the adoption of the children who are being hosted. Along with being with a family, the children were also treated to many of cultural things Americans do on a daily basis. Some highlights were trying different foods, sports like bowling, going to church services, and of course going to the different theme parks Florida has to offer.
